All the unities are endowed with tv-sat, refrigerator, bed linen, two towels, pots, plates, glasses and clutery.Climatizationt to the first plan.


PRICES
Tariffs include: VAT and taxes, cold and hot water consumption, electric (220V.) and gas consumption, bed-linen (sheets and pillowcases) and 2 towels weekly chance without service, final cleaning.

The children under to 12 months don't pay.

BEACH AND PARKING
For every apartment the beach service ( n. 1 beach-umbrella, n. 1 deck-chair, n. 1 sun-ben) and the parking (n. 1 car) are free.

not less than 1 week and deposit of € 200,00.

ARRIVAL non prima delle ore 17.00
DEPARTURE never after 10.00 a.m.

DOGS AND PETS: not admitted.
